Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with us, you agree to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not accept the terms outlined in this policy, we advise you not to proceed with your order.
Delivery Commitment
At Vastrammantra, we endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 days working days. The actual time to deliver depends on the courier company and that may vary from 7- 10 working days.
The above-mentioned timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the order volume and other unavoidable reasons.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and details of the logistics provider.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping to all our customers all over India.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a wrong item or damaged product, please refer our refund and exchange policy.
Failed Deliveries
If the delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to reasons such as the recipient not being available at the time of delivery or incorrect address information, the product may be returned to the warehouse.
In this case, we will contact you for the correct delivery details or to schedule a redelivery.
If the item is returned due to customer error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the product.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for select locations. You will be able to select the COD option at checkout if your delivery area supports it. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to make the payment at the time of delivery. For COD orders, the payment must be made in cash. Please note that we cannot accept payments by cheque, card, or any other method for COD orders.

Multiple Shipments
In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments, particularly if items are coming from different warehouses or locations. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. You will only be charged for one shipping fee, even if your order is delivered in separate packages.
