SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with us, you agree to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not accept the terms outlined in this policy, we advise you not to proceed with your order.
Delivery Commitment
At Vastram Mantra, we are dedicated to delivering your order with excellent packaging and timely service. Under normal circumstances, we aim to process all orders within 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We strive to ensure that your products reach you promptly and in excellent condition by partnering with reputable logistics companies.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat, non-refundable shipping fee of INR 150 per order, which is applicable to all online orders. This cost is inclusive of all applicable taxes. We collaborate with third-party logistic partners to manage the delivery of your products. You will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and details of the logistics provider once your order has been dispatched. The expected delivery date is an estimate based on our logistics partner’s track record and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Before completing your order, you will be prompted to provide a shipping address. Please ensure all address details are accurate and complete, including any landmarks that can help our delivery team. Vastram Mantra will not be responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
COD/ Prepaid Orders
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid options for select areas. During the order process, you will be asked to enter your pin code to check if delivery is available in your area. If your area is outside of our logistics partners’ delivery network, we will not be able to process your order. To check COD/ Prepaid availability, please visit our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for select locations. You will be able to select the COD option at checkout if your delivery area supports it. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to make the payment at the time of delivery. For COD orders, the payment must be made in cash. Please note that we cannot accept payments by cheque, card, or any other method for COD orders.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments, particularly if items are coming from different warehouses or locations. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. You will only be charged for one shipping fee, even if your order is delivered in separate packages.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a wrong item or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Failed Deliveries
If the delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to reasons such as the recipient not being available at the time of delivery or incorrect address information, the product may be returned to the warehouse. In this case, we will contact you for the correct delivery details or to schedule a redelivery. If the item is returned due to customer error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the product.
