1. We strictly do not have any returns/exchange/cancellation/refund on any products once an order is dispatched.
2. Also, there is no returns/exchange/cancellation/refund in case of size issues. Hence it is always advisable to order one size up.
3. Returns and exchange is entertained only in case of damage or wrong item received
4. No exchange without uninterrupted parcel opening video (clearly showing the damage)
5. Pls contact us on +91 8296711919 in case of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of parcel with the uninterrupted parcel opening video.
6. In case of valid claim of damage, we will ship the replacement product. However, if the same product is not available, the customer can order another product or credit note will be issued with a validity of 180 days.
7. Sometimes there may be slight variations in the colour/finish/fabric between images on the website and actual product depending on the screen resolution of your devices and also the camera lights. No returns/exchange/cancellation/refund will be entertained in such cases.
8. Customer can mail us @ vastrammantra22@gmail.com with uninterrupted parcel opening video clearly showing damage or different product received. The Vastrammantra team will validate the claim. The request will be processed with 2 working days. Once the same is acknowledged and accepted by our team, we request the customer to ship the product to our address within 2 working days.
9. On receipt of the shipment our team will open the parcel and record the uninterrupted video to ensure right product is received by us to process either exchange or refund as applicable.
