Every garment crafted at Vastram Mantra undergoes a rigorous quality control process, ensuring it meets the highest standards. This process consists of 7 layers of checks, implemented at every stage of production—starting from the fabric sourcing to the final two checks before the garment reaches our warehouse. Each piece is made with the utmost care, love, and passion.
The delivery address of your order can only be changed if the order has not been shipped yet. You can track your orders from your account section on the Vastram Mantra website.
If your order has not been shipped, you can raise a request by contacting our customer service team.
Our customer care team is available to assist you from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).
There are two ways to get a receipt for your Vastram Mantra order:
- A physical copy of the receipt will be provided to you at the time of order delivery, whether you make a purchase online or at an exhibition.
- You can download a receipt from the ‘My Account’ section on the Vastram Mantra website.
